Envisioned as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), UIT collaborates with industry partners such as Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd. to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The institute also aims to introduce twinning programs with foreign universities to provide global exposure.
Situated in a resource-rich region, UIT will contribute to the exploration of minerals, forest wealth, and hydrological resources while delivering NEP 2020-aligned curricula in accordance with AICTE guidelines.
